"You might get a nightmare." How right she was. I never believed her until it happened to me. It was on a night when I felt hungry just as I was about to go to bed. So I made myself a peanut-butter sandwich and a large cold glass of milk. After consuming them I went to bed. Soon I drifted off into a troubled sleep.

Nightmares are dreams that are scary or disturbing. They cause anxiety and fear, even after you wake up. People of all ages have nightmares, but they are more common in children.

Let me take you back to the end of January where my worst nightmare happened. It involved Zack my brother, Kat his girlfriend, Jake my cousin, and a few of our close friends. All of us together was always a blast and there was never a dull moment. We like to drink though, way too much sometimes.
