Conflict essay

Webster defines conflict as “A mental struggle resulting from incompatible or opposing needs, drives, wishes, or external or internal demands”, but the reality is there is no clear definition of how conflict starts, no two conflicts are the same, and they all start for different reasons over different issues.

There are many different approaches to handling conflict such as accommodation, competition, collaboration, compromise, and avoidance.
